Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us our customer service within 1 days of receiving your order.

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement if eligible.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Scentroz only ships within Pakistan.
